Customer Reviews
Good, and friendly
I was satisfied. They came the same day, even though they were a new customer, and found the problem in 20 minutes. The heating is working again, even without a replacement part. Keep it up!
I wasn't a customer before, but after this experience, I definitely will be. They arrived 2.5 hours after my heating failed. They quickly, cleanly, and competently diagnosed and resolved the problem. Simply superb! Thank you so much! The kind of tradesperson you hope for.
My usual heating engineer was sick, and Mr. Klett stepped in immediately and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. That was fantastic! A big thank you!
