Kate of Kate's Plate is an enthusiastic, driven person who promotes a healthy food and living. While I have not used the service (YET), I have consulted on the website and in the process have learned a lot about the company. If you struggle with healthy eating, I definitely recommend Kate's Plate.

Kate's Plates has been feeding my husband and me for over two years (maybe more) and we couldn't be happier with the selection, quality of ingredients and friendliness/helpfulness of staff.
