Store is well stocked. Came in to buy some camping lights and was helped by Dan. Did a really good job explaining all the options to me and I'm very happy with my purchase. Great customer service!

Customer service was amazing n so full of knowledge and happy to give time even though we only bought a headphone jack. Store is well stocked and very well presented. So many amazing things in ship my lil boy ...and myself were in heaven.

Visited here on the weekend and had some wonderfully honest service. Staff more than happy to admit that they didn't know as much as their colleagues and I was better off waiting for them, or recommending other areas of research before making purchases. Happy with the products I left with too.

The team here provide outstanding service. I'm a total novice and they were happy to explain solutions to me and never made me feel silly for not knowing anything about electronics. Super kind and patient, and best of all, gave me a great deal on the part I needed. Would highly recommend, especially for beginners seeking advice.

Alex super helpful with exchanging a power inverter for me this afternoon. Swapped me over to a more expensive model for the same price not a problem. Don’t get this kind of excellent service too often. Always a regular Jaycar customer but these simple kind gestures go a long way.

We have just left the ephedra store where Jack gave the best service. He listened to what we were trying to achieve, looked at my example photo and then determined that they didn’t stock a product suitable to our needs. He did a Google search and told us who did have what we needed. Based on that service and advice, …
