Best Customer Service in addition to beautiful arrangements! I placed an order online and gave them an old address for the recipient. Not only did they call me to find the new address, they redid the arrangement and delivered the following morning.

Being able to jump online and check their delivery areas before I enter my selection and all my info was sooo nice! My relative loved being remembered by a good old fashioned flower delivery and a cheerful balloon. The arrangement was fresh and mostly as advertised, except they didn't have an orange vase.
