Just what I needed. Beautiful room. Fantastic shower. Close to Menlo Colleger where I am attending my grandbaby's graduation tomorrow morning.
Room was nice and worker Michael handled a overdramatic customer really well, so props to him. Kept his composure and did everything he could to accommodate her but she just wasn’t having it which was annoying but he did really well. Good job Michael, also room was nice and clean and comfy
Staff is very nice and professional. Room was exceptional. ||Though the weather did not permit use of the pool it was kept clean and inviting.
The hotel was great! A professional staff. The room was really nice and clean 👌 but the heater was out, so they had a space heater that didn't work. Also the plugs on the nightstands didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. Otherwise it was really nice.
Charming hotel in Menlo Park that was perfectly located for my work-related event. The staff was very friendly, my room was well-appointed and clean and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
I had such a great stay at Hotel Lucent! Great and friendly staff. The amenities were great. Breakfast was on point. And the location was so great, right next to Stanford campus. Would definitely recommend!
Was pleasantly surprised by the property. Very beautiful internal courtyard with a fire pit and hot tub. Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast.
This beautiful small hotel is just around the corner from my youngest children (and Stanford). It is the very best we have found. Great "added" touches and exceptional rooms. Thank you for the game/billiard room, outdoor patio w/fire pit, lap pool, and always-open dining room & coffee
