I love it because it had my favorite anime shows and beautiful jewelry the all look so cute I even got one 5 days ago.

Great store, amazing staff. And a good clothing selection. I miss the old time. I would spend hours in that store. Now I rarely visit due to work. Hot topic rocks

Despite issues and hiccups in the transaction, the staff remained very helpful and pleasant. I'd rather there be a hot topic that isn't in a mall, but at least the staff were amazing.

I was surprised at the prices here. My daughter loves Kpop and also the BT21 line friends characters and they have them here and about $15 cheaper than anywhere ive seen. This particular hot topic has excellent customer service. They are very flexible with returns and exchanges. Hot topic as a whole, has had some pretty sweet deals going on, so check it out!

Hot Topic has been my favorite store ever since I was a freshman in high school. They obviously have changed a lot since then, but clearly they are continuing to cater towards high school students. Still, they had a sale that boiled down to me purchasing three graphic tee's for $15.00 Still a satisfied customer 15 years later!
