I've been served by a staff member called KoKo a couple of times now, always helps me use coupons saving me money every time :) but the thing that impressed me today was seeing him deal with a "Karen". Amazingly professional customer service when dealing with a difficult customer.
There are many items which are good in design and price
Pro: Free Adelaide WiFi along many benches outside the store. Perfect for someone who is waiting for their family or friends. Cons: Not the fastest Internet available. But hey, it's free! Besides that, there isn't any power outlet near any of the benches. Your phone would probably run out of juice before they are done shopping.
This place feels like your in American department stores. Different experience from the local clothing stores around. Clean and organised clear signage on where and what is the area.

Great shopping experience at H&M Rundle Mall! One of the staff members, I believe her name was Jazz, was exceptional. She helped me find the perfect trousers and my husband the right swim shorts, all while assisting several other customers with the same energy, patience, and friendliness.
