A pleasant, well-organized store with helpful staff. If something is unexpectedly missing, they'll arrange for it to be brought in from another store if you're unable to do so yourself.

Useful, informative, educational, extensive selection, friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. I systematically searched the store from front to back for one of nature's most important elements: fire.
