Great Customer service and the employees always do their best to help you. Joe at the deli counter is great and even though he was busy as he seemed to be the only employee behind the counter at the time he still was prompt and helped me and another gentleman with our orders very kindly.
Lauren, made my morning at the deli by providing the roast beef I needed for my lunch today 30 minutes early. This was truly a first class experience this morning! Thank you again for your professionalism! I hope management and corporate looks at this also.

Great place to shop in Matthews. My favorite part is the singing milk cartons. My children, who are grown, loved that ever since they were young. Harris Teeter has everything.

The store was VERY clean and ALL employees had the best energy I've EVER felt in a grocery store or ANY store for that matter. If I could rate a 10 , I definitely would.
While I do like Harris Teether I like it's parent company Kroger better. Of course all HT's are not created equal but I do like this one in Matthews it always seem to have what I'm looking for. They tend to be a little higher in prices but I like the shopping experience better than Walmart that's for sure.
Love this Harris Teeter on Golf links. Staff are always helpful & super nice. Usually stocked unless a storm coming & customers buy all the water haha Love the bar & buffet is always filled & hot
