I got outstanding service at Harper’s- the staff were excellent. The tailoring service they provide for purchased items was great. The prices might be a bit higher than what one would expect, but the quality of the clothing and the service you receive is well worth the cost. Worth every penny!

Harper's is the finest clothing boutique in State College. Beautiful clothes for both men and women. Excellent options for a special event or just quality everyday wear. The staff is delightful to work with and quick to help. They also have an excellent selection of PSU themed attire.

I can't say enough good things about the staff, especially Tyrone. Due to some unexpected circumstances I had to buy a suit for wedding extremely last minute. Tyrone was able to set me up with a suit and even hem the pants and press it within the hour. Absolutely amazing service. 10/10, would recommend.
