Fantastic service. The original mechanical keypad lock that I bought was defective. It's quite possible that I caused the defect. Jose answered the phone and was helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, but when it couldn't be resolved he just shipped me a whole new lock. Will be buying from them again.
