I used to be a Dutch Bros Girl, but I started working nearby to Gypsy Java so I decided to give them a try. I CAN NEVER GO BACK TO DUTCH! The quality of coffee is so much better and the baristas are so sweet!
Great selection of flavor combinations. The owner really knows her coffee. Super reasonable prices, adorable stand surrounded by flowers. It's just happy stopping by for a minute. You get peace and coffee!

The best independent stand in Pullman! Delicious drinks (especially the lotus), and I must say that the specials are always a hit. The staff are great, making for a better experience than I would have at any Starbucks. Gypsy is my #1, keep it up!
Absolutely my favorite local coffee bar. All the baristas are lovely people. The owner is a complete sweetheart. Their themes are always exciting to see. Themed coffee, and gypsy rushes, which are delicious. What else could you ask for? Definitely my first choice in town for java đ âŠ
My kids and I went there 2x today ( Sunday) grabbed a coffee before and after our Moscow mountain hike. The ladies there were not only cute but they served a great Latte but they were so helpful for us to find the perfect hiking spot. Thank you ladies
Omg ! This place is so adorable and fun ! The barista was super sweet and the drinks were flavorful, I purchased a frozen yeti ( delicious) definitely recommend for a quick coffee stop !!!

Gypsy Java, its one of the best coffee stands in Moscow, Idaho and Pullman, WA including. The owner is very friendly and super nice. I tried all the drinks and I don't know which drink is my favorite. I like them all haha. I truly recommend people to go here.
