I’ve been here a few times for help with various DIY projects and the customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a hardware store in NYC. They never made me feel stupid or tried to sell me something more expensive than i really needed.
“Great store! Every time I come here, I find everything I need, and the selection is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions, whether it’s choosing the right tools or getting advice on repairs. You can always count on professional guidance and support. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality and excellent …
This is my local hardware store and they have everything I need for my home improvement. They are a welcoming place and staff is very helpful. Also, I’m writing this review as a neighbor and not just to get the T-shirt!
Came here spur of the moment to prep my bike for the snow storm. Gus and Chris helped me find what I needed quickly and with good cheer! I really like that everything is clean and organized!
Greshchlers always has everything you need. They are extremely helpful and kind. Great customer service. It’s nice to find a hardware store that’s not a big box store and still has everything.
Excellent service at our favorite local hardware store. Always a great experience. Well-stocked & friendly…
Great service kind employees and plenty of stock!
I recently had a very positive experience at the store. Christopher helped me with some supplies I needed and the attention I got was like no other. Would definitely recommend checking the store out!!
Greschlers is a great store. Although they cater largely to the trade, they still treat average Harry Homeowners like me with friendliness and respect. It's always a pleasure to deal with the guys who work there.
Front desk was very helpful and helped me get everything I needed! Asked questions to better help me source what would work best for my bird coop- they gave me options and even a new idea on how to make my coop— Will definitely be back soon!!! Thanks guys
