Grace & Grits absolutely delivers. The variety of grits alone is impressive, creamy, flavorful, and clearly a house specialty. The fried green tomatoes were perfectly crispy and yummy. We also enjoyed the fish and scallops, along with comforting sides like butter beans and creamed corn, all cooked beautifully and full of flavor.
My husband and I visited for our first time (and anniversary) last night! We loved it. The custom grit flight was our FAVORITE. Sarah went above and beyond! We will definitely be back. Thanks G&G!
9/13/2025 decided to try this place for breakfast. The orange juice was $5 for a very small glass!!! That was not a good start. I know it's Charleston but that was a rip off.
While we didn’t have food, it looked and smelled amazing. Sarah, our waitress was on top of it. We enjoyed a couple round of drinks. When we ordered our second round, she suggested my boyfriend get his whiskey smoked, and that was the best idea. Atmosphere was great. We’ll be back

Came for Restaurant Week and this was my first time dining here. Cody was an amazing waiter from start to finish. He shared his personal favorites along with patron favorites, which encouraged me to try the succotash and I’m so glad I did. It was SO good!
Was in town for the weekend and heard great things about Grace and Grit! Made reservations for brunch on Sunday for an early birthday celebration and our server, Rebecca was amazing! She even brought out a birthday treat with a candle! Can't wait to come back and try dinner!
