Their rose croissant is the stuff of dreams. The baristas are fantastic. The matchas can't be matched. One of the best coffee shops in the burbs. I come here to work on the regular and always feel welcomed. Good coffee (obviously) and great staff who remembers my drink order. Truly the only negative is when the afternoon sun glares in through the big windows.
The barista working in the morning on Monday 5/25 was so refreshing. Service can be a difficult job but she was vibrant, kind, and communicative. Also made an incredible latte, which is a plus :)
Good Coffee Roasters is such a gem in Beaverton! The coffee is excellent—smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
