I can highly recommend Gasthaus Schneider. The service is very attentive. The food is excellent! Just what you'd expect from good, traditional German cuisine. Everything is beautifully presented. Presentation is key. What I really appreciate is that they now have a drinks vending machine, so you can still take a break during a bike ride even when the restaurant is …
We sat in the covered front garden. The owner served us, very friendly. The food arrived very quickly. It was freshly prepared and very good. The price was reasonable. We'll definitely come again.
The best thing is the shashlik with jalapenos and fries 😋😋
Simply cozy... there, guests are truly guests. You're greeted with warmth and cordiality and served in true Bavarian style. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Even in the rain, you can sit outside, thanks to the wonderful wooden roof. We always enjoy coming back.
Very friendly, very good food, would love to come back
The epitome of a Bavarian inn: delicious food, cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, and of course, Zeus
A quaint, traditional inn, just the way we like it. The full menu is available on Sunday afternoons, and they have some truly fantastic dishes. We'll definitely keep this in mind for our next visit to the Bavarian Forest.
Family-run restaurant – clean and tidy, friendly staff and owners – very personable and friendly. Plenty of good, reasonably priced food – served quickly. Special requests are no problem... What more could you want?
