They let me vaccinate early than my age bracket recommended as they were willing to slide me in to placate a 'no show.' They may be the reason I never catch a bad case of Covid that so many already have.

Wonderful, I live 200 miles south of Gadsden but I have to travel to see Dr. Andrew Brown. Gadsden Pharmacy is always willing to mail my meds. When I need to take the first dose before getting on the road, they get them ready fast. It's so nice to find great service!!!

I went to 3 pharmacies to get a med filled and only one could fill it, but it would take 48hrs. I stopped by Gadsden city pharmacy and they had it ready in 10 minutes! I would highly recommend Gadsden City Pharmacy to anyone!

I LOVE this place ♥️ I buy most of my Christmas decorations and gifts here, but mostly because having kids means that there are plenty of times where a pharmacy is needed- the wait is always minimal, the staff is excellent and friendly and the store is neat, clean and very nice!
