Visiting from the NJ/ Philly region which is known for their hoagies. The hoagies here exceeded my expectations. The rolls were plump and overstuffed with quality ingredients! (I didn't try their take on cheesesteaks though.) I also really appreciate their Alaska craft beer selection.
Wow so delish!!! Love love loved the Reuben and babes roll, and don’t even get me started on the pretzel appetizer! Our waitress did SO GOOD even though she was still in training. The atmosphere was so hip, which I love. Nice to see an all American game like baseball on the televisions instead of those cronies on the news …
Very busy because the food is really good. Server at the bar recommended toasting the Italian sandwich I ordered and it was so delicious. Great service. Refills kept coming while I waited for my togo order. Cheese fries were wonderful because they gave me the cheese on the side. Definitely plan to go back. Lovely outdoor seating.

Great steak sub! Nice outdoor seating, but over looking parking lot of Lowes. Lots of parking! Great beer selection, clean bathrooms. This was a very nice place with HUGE subs.
This is my favorite place to grab a meal in Fairbanks. The servers are amazing and the sandwiches are great!! Great ingredients, nicely seasoned, and grilled to perfection. They also turned me to learn of my favorite Alaskan beer, Aroma Dome! Go check em out!!
We ate here twice during our short stay in Fairbanks. The poutine is really good! Very flavorful gravy and fries. The Tuck’s roll had generous portions of beef with great taste. They also have a good selection of local beer.
Huge sandwiches. The Cuban was great. Recommend getting them pressed so they're more manageable to eat. Nice beer selection also.
Life saving hoagies and soup in -30F degree weather. Hoagies are amazing, and the French Onion soup is the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!
Food was delicious one of the first places I’ve tried in Fairbanks that is actually worth the price. Hoagies were large and had good filling cheese fries were savory and decadent. Very glad we stopped in.
