Do it. Just do it. Franks is the bomb! Tasty food - super unique feel (expect some friendly sass from staff). Cinnamon roll is the best. Mimosas are wonderful. Garbage plate with corned beef and all the fixins - yum yum yum. Oh and don’t forget the homemade honey wheat toast! They have treated my 95-year-old grandmother and I very …

This is a super cool little diner that has to be experienced. It's an old train car so the space is really limited, but totally worth the effort to squeeze yourself in to here. They have a larger table in the back that our group of six was able to sit at. The food is all typical diner food but …

Love the food, atmosphere and service. It's not your typical customer service, it is so much better. Real people, serving real good food. If you're offended easily, save room for those of us that enjoy the vibes! Their homemade bread is to die for and those cinnamon rolls.. I almost licked the table to get the icing that dropped! Frank's …

Start by saying I love franks diner!...This is an original train car based diner. In the same spot since 1924, the staff are eccentric but extremely friendly. The food is awesome. I had a half order of the house specialty, the garbage plate. A mix of hash browns, eggs, green peppers and onions to which I added homemade sausage, ham, …

If you’re anywhere near Kenosha, Franks’ Diner is an absolute must. Walking in feels like stepping into living history — it’s cozy, bustling, and full of character. The staff greets you with the kind of warmth you only get at a true hometown favorite, and you can tell immediately why this place has been a local institution for decades.

My first trip here. Waited about 45 minutes for a table of four. Reservations taken only for six or more. They are known for Frank's Famous Garbage Plate: a very large breakfast plate. However, we had lunch: the Wow burger, mini corn dogs, tuna melt, Spam sandwich, side of homemade hash, tavern fries, and their homemade bread. I wasn't keen …

Went on a Sunday just before noon, be prepared for a wait, but the food is great. Service is kinda lacking, but that's because they're serving the rest of this busy diner. Definitely order their cinnamon roll! Best one I've tasted yet, deliciously cinnamony, soft, and warm. HUGE homemade toast, you get your money's worth.

Absolutely Delicious!! Staff were all upbeat and happy, smiling, singing and cracking jokes! The half garbage plate is huge and is almost enough for two people! The homemade toast was amazing! Food was steaming hot and we literally had to let it cool down before eat! I would 100% recommend this small, friendly diner! Thanks

Visiting from Melbourne Australia, came here with my family after seeing a facebook ad about it’s 99th anniversary. This is a super cool little diner that has to be experienced. It's an old train car so the space is tight but totally worth the effort to squeeze yourself in to here. They have a larger table in the back that …

Wow, great surprise. Im a chef and get wigged out about viewing the kitchen. I have worked in some, not very present kitchens. But we sat at the counter and watched our breakfast be made. The cornbread hash was to die for. No caned meat here.. The corn beef was real, juice and plenty of it. The toast is fabulous, …
