The customer service was top notch! The gentlemen behind the counter was extremely helpful and actually got us what we needed.
Very knowledgeable staff that you can revisit anytime for answers to your electrical and lighting questions. I watched as they walked another customer through installing his new Fuse box and took time to answer all his questions and check for parts that could be used as alternatives. That's great service, and Franklin has lots of that.
