Fletcher's

Listed as an Italian restaurant, but has an English Pub/Bar feel to it. Most of the patrons are possibly from the hotel so it's really busy during peak summer season. Come early for dinner because seats fill up fast. There are some nice beers on tap. Ordered the grilled ribeye, which was done medium-rare perfectly. It was juicy, great tasting …

This place probably is the only restaurant open that late around. It is open until midnight at Saturday, which is amazing for a lot of people who arrive from a late night flight. The foods here are pretty delicious. We loved the pizzas we ordered which are artichoke pizza and Sicilian pizza. The beef stroganoff is good, the chop salad …

Always enjoy stopping in for a drink or a bite. Met here for a business lunch and had the chowder. It was delish. My associate had a pizza, I didnt try it but it looked yummy

Good food, great place, great atmosphere. They don't do reservations, first come, first serve. The drinks are good, and the food is great. I've been here twice and haven't had a bad experience yet. It does get busy on the weekends, so make sure you get here early. It's an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made …

Great restaurant in downtown Anchorage on first floor of Hotel Captain Cook. Grilled salmon was excellent.

Service was great. Employees were attentive, kind, and quick. Had their French Dip. Only little issue is their calamari. I prefer them in rings, instead of carrot stick size and thickness. I prefer a crispy exterior too.

Upscale pub restaurant with excellent food and pleasant staff. Halibut and chips are a must on any visit to Alaska.

Excellent lunch and dinner options. Outstanding wine list, awesome cocktails and cool bartenders. Business brings me to Anchorage and Hotel Captain Cook. More often than not, I dine at Fletcher’s. From pizza to their delicious halibut, I have enjoyed just about everything on their menu. A favorite with locals and visitors. If you are arriving later in the evening, call …

The waiter showed us to our table and served us water. The burger and fries were yummy. You can swap the fries for salad and soups for additional $2 more which looks good too. There's also a vegetarian option for the burger in which a Beyond meat patty will be used. It's usually crowded during dinner in summer time.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy, they did their best to get us seated as soon as possible and once noticed we hadn’t gotten drinks yet, the gentleman seating people came and actually served us as well. Seems like a very supportive and helpful staff. The grilled salmon was very tender, perfectly seasoned, and fell apart off the fork. The …
