I was introduced to Avaflava’s through my girlfriend. She kept ordering the weekly meal prep, and then I found myself loving them all. We now switch off ordering between the two of us. Great for on the go between classes, and the protein balls make for a healthy “dessert” for all of you that have a sweet tooth like me!
I was very tentative ordering at first. I appreciate that you can pick and choose which meals you can choose from the weekly lineup. I do wish there was more flexibility with order days. Coming from a city that has a very saturated “meal prep” delivery service market- it’s safe to say I have tried close to 20 different services. Flava’s meal prep is unreal. I cannot believe this is macro- friendly food. The flavor is just *chefs kiss. We will be loyal customers. Wow.
