Nice place to work remotely or unwind, with subtle lighting, a cozy feeling, and eye candy.....the lovely car collection. Courteous staff, and good menu options. Ample parking. Relax and enjoy the BG music. Very well set and a place I could frequently visit alone or with family and friends.

Awesome use of a warehouse. Open space with tables and benches, plus about half the area set aside for some incredible cars. Coffee is great and the food is solid too. There's plenty of covered parking at the back.

Great place to have a nice cup of coffee while having the chance to admire a nice collection of cars. They have some nice merchandise as well.

We had spanish latte, flat white, Burrata Pizza and Banoffee Pie. I just loved the Burrata Pizza and Banoffee Pie! And yes, I do like how the spanish latte is made too. I recommend trying out the Burrata Pizza. You will never regret having that. Banoffee Pie is a good dessert to have after the tasty meal.

A very nice café with delicious food. The mojitos and desserts are really good as well.

I recently stopped by this café, and it turned out to be such a unique and memorable experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what really makes the place special is the beautiful classic car displayed inside. It adds such a cool, vintage touch to the whole vibe, making the café feel stylish, nostalgic, and full of character.

It was my first time at flat12 cafe and I was thoroughly impressed with the space, the theme of the cars and how beautifully the cafe was curated around this.
