Good food and service. The real highlight was the cauliflower, which was cooked perfectly. Valet parking is convenient and costs $10.

Josh took amazing care of us last night for our first, but definitely not last visit to Etch. We stopped in early and had a smoked old fashioned at the bar. Dickel wasn’t our favorite but to each their own. We’ll try a different bourbon in it next time. They do have an amazing high end bourbon 🥃 list at …

My girlfriend and I had dinner here and really enjoyed it. I ordered the salmon, and she had a shrimp dish with curry flavors — both were excellent. The customer service was amazing, and the atmosphere was great with a large open view of the kitchen where you can watch the chefs cook. It made for a really enjoyable experience. …

Food was made from Scratch and was fresh. Unusual flavors that worked so well together. They had some Cocktails out, but made accommodations for my allergy easily. I recommend.

Joseph was our server & he was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided helpful recommendations when requested, & made us laugh A LOT(dinner & a show). We started out w/the duck tart that I ordered. I was excited b/c my wife doesn't like duck, so I knew that I would get a dish to myself. Ha! I was gravely mistaken. …

Our waiter, Jared, was incredible! Asked a few questions at the beginning to make sure our experience was superb. The food was perfect! We ordered the Duck Tart, the Roasted Cauliflower, the Brussel sprouts and Chef's Creation which happened to be a mahi mahi dish. I can't remember what all it had but it was amazing. Highly recommend the Duck …

Best high-end meal I've enjoyed in a while. Everything was top-notch, from the food to the service. Pictured is the roasted cauliflower appetizer (signature dish) along with the chef's daily special (mahi with roasted poblano aioli and fresh corn succotash). Etch is featured in Eater's best restaurants in Nashville, and deservably so. Nicely done!

A classy place with a nice atmosphere. 1. Cucumber Hibiscus Negroni 11 (mocktail) A not too sweet, refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Perfect. 2. Bread & Butter 6 (Parker roll) Very good. Butter is slightly sweet and goes well with salt & pepper on top of the bread. Highly recommended. 3. Etch 10 The signature salad that crowns its own name. It …
