Josh took amazing care of us last night for our first, but definitely not last visit to Etch. We stopped in early and had a smoked old fashioned at the bar. Food was made from Scratch and was fresh. Unusual flavors that worked so well together. They had some Cocktails out, but made accommodations for my allergy easily. I recommend.

Best high-end meal I've enjoyed in a while. Everything was top-notch, from the food to the service. Pictured is the roasted cauliflower appetizer (signature dish) along with the chef's daily special (mahi with roasted poblano aioli and fresh corn succotash).
