We tried Dovetail last night and enjoyed everything about it. Drinks were perfectly made. Very unique. I had the pan fried trout and honestly it was the best prepared trout Ive ever had. My husband had the ribeye special and O was so tender and flavorful. Service was excellent. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
