Great little place in downtown Montclair with very fairly priced drinks and live Jazz music on Friday nights! Hidden gem!
I went to this for thefirst time last weekend.Its a nice small grown adult place.Jazz music soft mellow people of all nationality there.Let's talk about the food.Small portions with a biig punch.Get the tree trio with chicken screwers,spring rolls,cococnut shrimp with that sauce OMG.That's all I'm going to say just go.
Many lounges have come and gone; and the DLV is still going strong. I love that the venue is quaint, intimate and nostalgic. Team DLV! Big up!
Far removed from the bearded hipsters and cocktail mixologists of most of Montclair, the DLV Lounge is a small bar with a limited selection, a chill clientele and excellent jazz musicians.
Great little small cozy Jazz spot that's black owned and it's old school live jazz the group was great they had a lady that was singing she was outstanding this is where you go and get a bang for your buck and great people
We always have a great time in the DLV Lounge! The management enjoys the show as much as the audience does! Red, White and Blues will be back on April 14th!

Wonderful friendly place. Classic. Has been since the 1970s. Listening to the amazing jazz quintet “Tase”. Wendy Brown’s voice is to die for. Can’t get better than this. Amazing music in an intimate setting. May it never end.
Went to go listwn to some jazz and it was great I had a good time! Drinks was very good.
The owner is amazing. Owned the establishment for over 50 years and the people are so welcoming and inviting. Feels like you were meant to be there on any day. And the best part is the live jazz bands
