Had 2 glitches after purchasing a washer and dryer but Darlene and the DEWS team were responsive and flexible to make things right in the end. I did also appreciate how they delayed our delivery by one day due to forecasted heavy rains. The big box stores would not have done that proactively.
From the moment I walked in, to Dew's showroom to the time they delivered my washing machine was under 24 hours and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! Just had microwave installed. From working with Chris in showroom to actual install couldn't have asked for more. Courteous, efficient and prices cheaper than Lowe's & Home Depot to include installation and haul away old item which was free. Definitely 5 star will be using again shortly to replace oven & refrigerator. Highly recommended!
