The people are amazing. The pho is TOP TIER, I get the #23 spicy!! I also enjoyed the wontons!
Authentic and FAST! It's a bit out of our way for lunch but dang, it's worth the drive. One of the better noodle bowls I have had to date. Forget the hipster joints. Go where the food is real.
Phenomenal food. Came in kind of late, and they seated me anyway. Very friendly staff. It's probably the best pho in Baton Rouge.
Dang's was fresh, fast, and delicious. Good sized portions for the price. The jasmim tea was so refreshing. For meals, pad thai and the noodle salad which both of us needed a to-go box. We also go the spring rolls but didn't get a picture. They were very large and came with a delicious sauce.
Dang's is verifiably some of the best Vietnamese food in the greater Baton Rouge area. Their boba is addictive, their crispy duck is mouthwatering, and their phò outshines any other restaurant I've been to. Not the best tasting shrimp/pork spring roll I’ve ever had, flavor was rather dulled by lettuce, but it seemed healthy. The grilled pork bahnmi was excellent. The unsweetened black tea was lightly floral, it was different and better than the usual iced tea.

Louisiana capitol building’s expansive grounds were so charming, and Dang’s Vietnamese dishes were so good; they both made us wonder where else we have been. I like the bun thit nuong, the bun bo hue & pho were a bit spicy but overall good. Service & Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions. Cafe sua da (with milk) is strong and nice. This place is a nice vietnamese restaurant and a hole in the wall.
