I parked there on a Sunday morning around 8:30 and nearly had the entire parking lot to myself. I think I paid $7 or $8 for all day parking, which was good. If you have older or disabled passengers with you, you may wish to avoid the northern part of the parking lot, which has a noticeable incline to it.
Beautiful part of Perth that's always a pleasure to visit with its well maintained gardens and plants .From a lovely walk to reading a book under a shady tree to its birdlife.
