Right across the road from the RAC Arena which seats up to 16,500 people. Perfect place to park. Free parking after 6pm in the city. Remember to take your ticket with you to validate it before leaving.
Good car park. Ample spaces, nicely sized and easy to manoeuvre larger cars unlike some other car parks.
Was a great price and so close to RAC arena so perfect if you have concerts of sporting events to go to
Great parking if you have a large vehicle. This is one of the only city car parks that my ranger fits into as all the rest have low headroom.

Elders Car Park is well located. It’s a short walk to the Centre of Perth, but an easy quick walk. I could always find a park. The times I have been there it’s always been clean. I do not like parking in the city due to the parking cost.
Lots of parking at night,a bit harder to get during the day but overall easy to get to and clean
Good carpark, decent prices. It was extremely busy as we went to an event at RAC, but security were fantastic and the day rate of $11 for a Saturday was great value
Excellent indoor carpark, very clean and well-lit. Perfect for overnight parking if you're staying in nearby hotels.
