Staying in Armidale for the long weekend and needed breakfast… finally found somewhere after all other cafes were full. Team were friendly and accomodating, nothing was a problem when asked. Just had a very enjoyable brekkie at Courthouse Coffee in the Armidale mall. I had a ham, cheese and tomato omelette that was very flavourful, fluffy, and filled half the plate, could only eat half (hubby got the rest) and toast you could eat. Well if you're ever in Armidale and looking for somewhere to have breakfast, this is it. We had a two day stay over, and had breakfast here both morning's and our meals were excellent.
