Dave and his team provide excellent customer service; knowledgable, patient and friendly. They speak in a language I can understand and are my "go to" for anything computer related. Highly recommend.
My laptop stopped charging so I went looking for a new battery. Dave loaned me 2 batteries to test out, neither one would charge. Back to see them with laptop and charging cable. Cable was tested on the spot and was defective so they sold me one they had on hand. Excellent customer service!
The staff here are helpful and friendly, the store is always open when they are supposed to be (as opposed to other Purolator depots in the area!). In short, the kind of experience you want from a small town retailer. I don't have personal experience with their PC business, but I have heard glowing reports from other friends who have.
