Good spacious facilities with modern equipment. This gym offers a friendly welcome and professional training service. James is an experienced trainer who always knows how to motivate us and help us achieve our goals. Ely at the health bar offers excellent shakes, smoothie bowls, coffee, and prepared meals. No matter your level, I recommend the Alpha Complex.

Went for a day pass. Really cool place and good energy. Many racks and dumbbells. Lots of TRX and rings. Not much cardio stuff.
