The ship’s staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has a fantastic selection of comics/trades/hard covers from smaller publishers that they do a great job of highlighting by placing them in visible locations. Great staff! Always super friendly and ready to offer a suggestion. The Swap has a great selection of comics, and if they don't have something on the shelf, they are more than happy to order you a copy! If you are into comics (or gaming), this is the place to go in Happy Valley.

I stopped here on a whim after deciding to explore State College. They had a large collection of comics, some board games, some TTRPG stuff, and Magic cards. I have been coming here for years. Every time, the employees are So helpful and kind. Today, I brought my 9 year old for the first time. He was delighted with the Studio Ghibli options. Now, it'll be a family stop every time we are in town.
This place was awesome! On a random business trip through State College, I looked up comic shops and stopped here and was not disappointed. Massive selection. Amazing customer service. And super knowledgeable too! Best part was the people in and out while we were there. Seems to be a strong sense of community.
