Enjoyed the Mai Tai's very good! Had the Blue Wave Burger, enjoyed the blue cheese! We also had the Mahi Mahi fish taco fantastic. We will return. I placed a light behind the drink to capture the color a bit better. It was very good.

We tried it without prior expectations and the experience was amazing! Food quality was great (had steak, burger, kids chicken strips, and hummus) and the flavor and tenderness of the meat was excellent. I really love Coco Beach Plano — their food is absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was amazing. The Caesar salad with salmon was especially outstanding, and the cocktails were super tasty. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, with a great atmosphere. Plus, its central Plano location makes it really convenient if you live nearby. I definitely recommend checking it out!
