Chung and his team does an excellent job with customer service! I've gone to him many times and they always treat me with honesty and respect. There has been multiple times where he helped me find a part, ordered it, and scheduled a convenient time for an appointment the very next day. If he encounters other problems, he gives you …

My experience has been very enlightening. Not only did he take me as a walk in, he also ensured that I understood what caused the cars issues and how to prevent them for the future. Very clear, very direct , and very kind. 10/10

Chung's did a fantastic job from setting up the appointment, greeting me, all the way to handing me back my car. I am a regular customer to this mechanic shop. Made alignment and replaced my wheel bearing and strut. Price was good. The best alignment service in Honolulu.

Chung is a legend! My Tacoma was pulling crazy to the right. Him and the twins sorted it out and now it drives like a brand new truck! Mahalo Chung!

Very convenient. High quality shop is so busy. Chung still got the alignment done quickly.
