It doesn’t get better than Chef Nourish. I signed up for meals a couple of years ago after a service I had been using went out of business, and I can’t believe the difference. It’s like having my own private chef making delicious healthy meals for me daily and delivering them right to my door. Not only is the food …
Hands down the best food prep service in LA. Chef Lala has changed my life. Her food is fresh, nutritional, with an excellent variety of cuisines and flavors, and service is personalized. Definitely high quality and not like the cookie cutter meals you'll find with other food prep services. Deliveries are reliable and there is no middle men! So easy …
Chef Lala help design a keto diet for my lifestyle as someone that is active while still feeling energized throughout the day while also losing weight and feeling better than ever.
Chef Nourish is a godsend! Since my husband Jack has been in and out of the hospital for heart issues, I have little to no time to cook for him and always run out of ideas what to prepare. I contacted chef Lala about a month ago and have been blown away by the meals they have prepared, especially for …
Chef LaLa and her team are amazing. They juggle multiple needs, including calorie counts, with mystifying, delicious, recipes. They drop off food as expected and her prices are very competitive without being locked into a “plan”.
I am a professional Private Investigator. Chef Nourish customizes my meals (no mushrooms or beets for me) and delish!!! Delivery is exceptional too. ❤️
OMG best flavors and healthy too! My mom who leaves in California is taking care off with the delicious food. Thank you Chef Nurish for adhering to the highest food quality and flavor other companies cannot replicate.

I started using Chef Nourish meal prep in Los Angeles while I was on a GLP 1 medication and trying to lose weight. I needed simple food that fit my plan without feeling like diet food. The portions are on point and the meals are high protein, lower calorie, and full of fiber. That helped a lot with cravings and …
The food is top notch! My personal favorite is the shepherds pie, always a good day when i get their shepherds pie. The deliveries are timely and i've never had a problem with them not being able to meet my dietary restrictions. But besides all that, it's just so convenient!! It's hard to describe just how helpful it is to …
