It's a brand new place. Absolutely gorgeous place with very high ceilings. Chef Tim made me the best pastrami sandwich I ever had in my life. Which the Chef cures himself. Very high quality food with a very reasonable price menu. I just love it
Cozy cafe with great coffee and a relaxing vibe. It is a perfect place to meet a friend or sit and work for a bit. Friendly service and consistently good drinks.
If your looking for a breakfast or lunch alternative I recommend Cafe Soleil. Irene and her staff are welcoming and accommodating with special requests. I felt like I was in a charming european cafe.
Awesome little place, my wife loved the sandwhich she ordered & I loved thier chai tea. 1000% better than a starbucks with chairs to sit outside.
It was so delicious, I forgot to take a photo, haha. I got the Caprese Panini and all parts of the sandwich were spectacular. The mozzarella was cut thick and the tomatoes and basil were so fresh. Great food, coffee and smoothies! I'm so happy that Café Soleil opened up in Old Town, Salinas. And I'm especially happy that it is conveniently located so close to my office. In the short time since Café Soleil opened, we've tried at least half of the menu. We are hooked. Everything has been great.
Unique business in the heart of Old Town Salinas, profesional service and boutique-like ambiance. Amazing coffee and I definitely have to return for the matcha lattes and the flatbreads. Plenty of outdoor seating and a great place to feel like you’re in Europe.
