Caffè Borsari is one of those bustling low-key coffee shops/coffee roasters frequented by locals and visitors who know their coffee - no one asks for an Americano here. Bonus marks should be awarded for the vegan croissants (which were delicious) but there's no provision for a sixth star. Welcoming staff, great service, great location, excellently prepared coffee
Beautiful, nicely decorated and cosy coffee place. Lots of locals come here. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hot chocolate and the pistachio croissant were incredible! A necessary visit when in Verona :)
People come and go, wanting to experience the everyday life of Verona — this is the perfect place for that. The café has a diverse style and a warm atmosphere, the staff are friendly, the coffee is unique, and the croissants are delicious.
We got the Caffe, Romeo (pistachio cream and a double shot of espresso), the Caffe Marocchino (espresso with hot chocolate, a pistachio cornetti and a custard cornetti. The cornettis were fresh, buttery and flaky and the coffees were amazing! Never had anything like it. Fresh cream, super chocolatey and strong coffee.
Caffè Borsari is a great stop for a proper Italian coffee. The cappuccinos are excellent and brilliantly priced at just €2, which feels increasingly rare. Staff are friendly and efficient, and while it’s often busy, standing at the counter for a quick coffee adds to the local, lively feel. Simple, authentic, and done well. Quietly rated: worth stopping.
I had a wonderful experience at Borsalino. The atmosphere was very cozy, the coffee was excellent, but what impressed me the most was the kindness of the staff. The waiter was patient and friendly and even taught me how to order a macchiato with cold milk in Italian.
The coffee here is simply incredible – the taste and smell are on another level! It’s a cosy, small and beautiful place. Established in 1969, the staff are impeccably dressed and pay meticulous attention to service. They make you feel comfortable and valued. And the prices are unbelievable cheap!
A great, historical place in Verona. Good for a traditional coffee at the bar or for something more special their marocchino is amazing. The bachi de dama was also very good. There is also a small amount of seating.
Visited this cafe both mornings we were in Verona. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and the drinks were perfect. Pistachio croissant was excellent as well as the chocolate croissants we received that eere hot and fresh out of the oven 🤤. It is mostly standing room only which we did not have a problem with.
Just about the perfect little Italian coffee shop! Great coffee and pastries, warm and friendly service all in an authentic shop.
