Cozy and bright café, with almost a Scandinavian vibe in the decor, but beautiful tiled floors and dark wood tables. I appreciated the art on the walls. I had a cappuccino and a flavourful apple cake. Nice retreat spot. Service was a bit slow, but looking at the blue sky from the windows on the upper floor was relaxing.

Small, yet minimalist and stylish café. I ordered a latte with oat milk which was truly excellent. The server was very accommodating and welcoming. They have WiFi and many outlets, which makes the place convenient and practical to work and study.

What a great place to have coffee or tea in La Candelaria. Desserts are great too. Also, you can buy the artwork which depicts lovely façades of colonial houses found in La Candelaria. The almojábana cake is delicious.

Cécile cafe is a small boutique and polished looking coffee shop located on a busy street that also sells art. Chill coffee place, seems like a nice place to catch up with friends or maybe too do a little studying. I like the tables by the windows. Stairs are pretty narrow to get up to the upstairs but there is seating on the ground floor as well.

Café Cécile Fantastic café. Clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully curated. A fun spiral staircase for upstairs seating. Excellent coffee and rotating display art available for purchase, which adds a creative, local touch. A great place to slow down, enjoy quality coffee, and appreciate the atmosphere.
