I was so excited to find incredible coffee in Lake City. The gluten free meat muffin, yuzu beignet, almond croissant, pistachio latte and Turkish coffee on the back patio are the perfect combination before a long drive back to the front range. Cute place with really good espresso! Staff was friendly & re made a drink for me when another guest mistook it as their own. We had lattes here twice.
This coffee shop is incredible! They really know what goes into a good coffee. All of the baked goods are amazing you really don’t want to pass this place up! They’re open all year and just make great things happen from the hospitality to the food and drinks you just can’t go wrong here!
After coming in for breakfast croissants and coffee, we came back to get the chimney cakes, more coffee, and smoothies. I love Lake City! I was born and raised in the Gore Range and discovered this town in high school and have gone there annually ever since. This little coffee shop is big favorite. Food is great! Local and service is fantastic! I crave their coffee from the front range!
Fresh coffee and pastries in a lovely, tiny mountain town. Coffee sizes are huge (not complaining😅). Almond croissant was delicious and I really enjoyed their meat muffin. Nom, nom, nom. *Check out the dog friendly outdoor patio*
Cafe 98 is awesome! Great place to stop and get a morning coffee and pastry! The pastries are all made in house. The owners are amazing and always make sure everyone feels welcome! The atmosphere is great, and they have a nice courtyard if you want to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast outside. 10/10 would recommend.
