Best place we were at in Lynchburg. Wait staff were exceptional as was the food. One of the best burgers that I have had. Plus a great selection of craft beers. Had a fight of beers before deciding on my favorite.
Vegetarian cauliflower bites and burger are delicious. Great atmosphere and food is cooked as you wish and the waitress was awesome. Taylor I believe. Walking on the Bluff and getting a good Cider with a view is awesome. Definitely would be back.
Seriously one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The southern belle packs a lot of flavor - the pimento cheese, jalapeños and pickles combine into a great package. Truffle/Parmesan fries were hitting and my daughter really enjoyed the chicken avocado sandwich
Parmesan fries are not amazing. The pretzel side it’s huge.
Interesting little spot along the James River. Very open concept yet cozy and comfortable feeling. Lots of bourbons and whiskeys for those who enjoy them. The Smoking Gun was the best burger I’ve ever had! The view is lovely and houses a fun environment to enjoy great food, appetizers, and drinks (especially at Happy Hour).

New to town and thought I'd stop by for a glass of wine on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I had a plans elsewhere shortly after so I figured I'd kill some time and try out this place I'd heard good things about.
Food was delicious and good sized portions. I had the bourbon mushroom burger. It was very tasty but be prepared to use plenty of napkins. The onion rings were cooked a bit more than necessary but still very good. Husband had the happy hour Smash burger with an order of sweet potato fries. The burger was very simple and good …
Great place. The food was great. There is a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Mostly specialty burgers and a good selection of appetizers. They do serve alcohol. I had the Smoking Gun burger. It was awesome. Food was hot. The bathrooms were clean. Definitely recommend. We went on a Sunday late afternoon before the rush.
