Bob is open and honest and friendly. You get a lot of information that he seems comfortable to give as he makes you feel comfortable asking questions. I’m going back soon to show him some rifles I’d like to sell and see what else I can learn.
Bob was knowledgeable and friendly, he took care of our situation and gave us a lot of advise and options!
