What a hidden gem! I was looking for a quick cup of coffee and decided to walk in. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service, from Collette, was friendly and quick. The coffee tasted great and even decided to get a muffin. It was delicious.
Airy, bright and dotted with bouquets and herbs for sale in ceramics sitting on the windowsill. Take your latte out on the street or sip it in a cozy armchair. Bloom Bake Shop is such a warm and inviting space. It’s become tradition for me to bring to family the rosemary biscuits and cornbread on the holidays because they’re so delicious! Everything they do here is quality and beautiful between the baked goods and wildflower bouquets. This is such a great store to add to the heart of Hartford.

Great latte! Very nice space to work, study, or hangout. The cookie I got with my latte was tasty. Breakfast sandwich was solid, the sourdough bread for it was delicious. Bloom Bake Shop does it all right. Delicious pastries, delicious coffee, and a warm welcoming space with warm and welcoming people. I love to bring my kids for an M&M cookie while I enjoy a latte. We used Bloom for our wedding bouquets and they were BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don’t do them justice. Ordering was very easy and Bloom nailed our vision and matched the theme of our wedding perfectly.
