My salesman Andrew was delightful to deal with. He listened to what my interests were and did not try to upsell me. The delivery was efficient, on time and I was kept apprised of the approximate arrival every step. I will return to this store and do highly recommend them.
Calvin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about helping pick out a mattress. Delivery was excellent. Quick set up of the base. They were done with everything in 15 minutes. Communication was great in both the store and the delivery. Letting me know I was first stop was helpful. Overall a great experience.
From purchase to delivery, very comprehensive process. No pressure sales tactics. And the best delivery system for customers i seen. I would recommend Big Sandy Superstore to anyone purchasing household furnishings.
