Why full marks? Because it's justified. What's "behind it" is skill, dedication, a daily struggle to cook against the German monotony and not just in a five-star restaurant... you're even allowed to lick the sauce off your plate with your finger... awesome. The service is enjoyable and they're happy to chat... You're welcomed and treated like royalty. Highly recommended!
