Owners are very nice. The gentleman is always checking guests cars for their safety. Making sure nobody bothers the guests stuff. Rooms are clean and the area is quiet. I'd definitely come back to stay. It's worth the money.

Perfect for a short stay. Clean, good-sized room, and a solid location within a 10–20 minute walk to most places. Was a little noisy at night, however, so were most places in downtown LA at night.

We rolled in on our bikes with wife’s seizure service dog. Friendly staff, very clean and updated room. Bed was just right for us.
