I had the great pleasure of being assisted by Jon today! He was extremely patient with all my questions and handled my transfer/set up process swiftly and efficiently.

Jon was extremely patient and helpful. He made sure we understood all the steps. We had a lot going on between accounts he was very knowledgeable. Worked with us for a couple hours to iron things out. Thank you to Jon for your customer service.

Swapping over to AT&T was really easy. As long as your devices are unlocked and you have a transfer pin from your current phone provider. Julie was awesome and made the process enjoyable.
