Daniel was very knowledgeable. Not only did he assist in helping us fill out the claim on our inoperable device, he also assisted in educating us on your new internet packages and helped us compare company's to show us the difference and the savings. He was pleasant and helped us understand everything.

After having not much success with customer service I was directed to come to the corporate store and the guys here resolved my problem. Thank you Jotam and the other crew that was there. So grateful.
