We purchased a living room set at the Charleston, WV store and everything went flawlessly. The selection and pricing were both great. Luke was fantastic to show us all options with no pressure at all. We enjoyed the entire process.
Just purchased some furniture and had a great experience with Barney. He was well informed and very easy to deal with. He gave us space to browse and was not pushy which is a huge plus for me! Overall a great experience.
We had a wonderful experience with our sales person Morgan Conley. He went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We haven't received our furniture yet, but am looking forward to it. If the furniture is as good as his service, we will be set up!

Matt Thaxton at the Charleston store did a wonderful job during the purchase of our new bedroom suite. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products we bought. He gave us the best price he could. Looking forward to working with him again.
Jenny was fantastic! She was able to price match online the sectional I’ve been eyeing for months. We have shopped at Ashely many times in the past and always have great service. Five stars!
